   Mobile Home Park

The Gallia County Board of Health is charged with the enforcement authority of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 3701-27 concerning the construction, installation and maintenance of Manufactured Home Parks.


Definitions

  • Manufactured home park or mobile home park means any tract of land upon three or more manufactured homes, used for habitation are parked, either free of charge or for revenue purposes.
  • " Tract of Land " means a contiguous area of land that consists of one or more parcels or lots that have been separately surveyed.
