Adult Immunization Program

The recommended immunizations and costs are as follows: 

Tetanus/Diphtheria (Td) Free TO OHIO RESIDENTS
Adacel- Tetanus Diphtheria and Pertussis (TDaP) $46.00- free to daycare providers & parents of small children if it has been 5 yrs. since last Td
Gardasil-Human Papillomavirus (HPV) (Series of 3)

Adult females (age 19-26) 

Adolescent females (age 11-18)

Adult $131 each ($393 for series)

Adolescent females, free to Ohio Residents (VFC qualified)

 Hepatitis B (Series of 3)

Adult (20 years or older)

Adolescent (19 years)

Adult $33 each ($99 for series)

Adolescent $19 each ($57 for series)

Hepatitis A (Series of 2)

Adult (19 years or older)

Adolescent (18 years of age)

Adult $29 each ($58 for series)

Adolescent $23 each ($46 for series)

 Polio (IPV) $36.00
 Pneumococcal (PPV)  $39.00 or Medicare Part B
Twinrix (Contains vaccine for both Hepatitus A and B)
Hepatitis A / Hepatitis B (Series of 3) Adult (19 years old or older)
$49.00/each or $147.00 for series
 Menactra-Meningococcal (Adult 19 years of age or older)  $91.00
 Measles, Mumps, & Rubella (MMR) $54.00
 Varicella (chickenpox) (Series of 2) $85.00 
 Zostavax-(Shingles) $164.00

Immunizations are given Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Cost of vaccine  may vary, depending on manufacture's charge to the Health Department. Payment is due at the time the immunization is given. Payable by cash or money order only.
